Using genuine achievements as the base here are some phrases that any good woman should be able to deliver truthfully to her boss or her peers:

"I was pleased with how ..(project)... went"

"I was happy with what we achieved when.... "

"I was pleased with the position we convinced (....our competition...) to accept in the meeting today".

...and in response to a compliment

"thankyou, I thought it went well too."

These phrases need to be delivered instead of

"how do you think it went?"

"we could have progressed further and achieved more if we had more time"

"I couldn't have done that"

..and in response to a compliment

"oh that's ok it was easy".
